Innerstanding Markets is operated by Sacha Wilson, a trading educator based in the United Kingdom. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services
Innerstanding Markets offers the following services:
- Introductory Class — a single 1:1 session of approximately 25–30 minutes, priced at £25
- Standard Class — a single 1:1 session of 50 minutes, priced at £49 per session
- Mentorship Programme — ongoing 1:1 coaching, terms agreed individually upon application
- Ebook — Innerstanding Trading by Sacha Wilson, a digital PDF product priced at £25
- Workbook — educational PDF workbook (pricing to be confirmed)
3. Bookings and payments
Session bookings are confirmed by email. A session is only confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
Payment for sessions and digital products must be made in full before the session takes place or the product is delivered. Payment methods will be communicated by email upon booking.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will not be eligible for a refund
- If Innerstanding Markets needs to cancel a session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances
5. Digital products
All digital products (ebooks and workbooks) are non-refundable once the PDF has been delivered to your email address, as they are digital goods that cannot be returned.
If you have not received your product within 48 hours of payment, please contact us at innerstandingmarkets@gmail.com.
6. Educational disclaimer
All content provided by Innerstanding Markets — including 1:1 sessions, ebooks, workbooks, and any other materials — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial service.
Sacha Wilson is not a regulated financial advisor. The information shared is based on personal experience and is provided to help you develop your own understanding of markets and trading.

7. Intellectual property
All content produced by Innerstanding Markets — including but not limited to ebooks, workbooks, session materials, website content, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Sacha Wilson and Innerstanding Markets.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share our materials without prior written permission. Digital products are licensed for personal use only.
8. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a coaching relationship at any time if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, or otherwise unacceptable. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unused sessions may be offered at our discretion.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innerstanding Markets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Use of information or materials provided in sessions or products
- Any trading decisions made based on our educational content
- Technical issues with our website or communication platforms
10. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
